水解鸡肉粉替代大口黑鲈饲料中鱼粉的可行性研究

Evaluation of application effect of hydrolysed chicken powder in feed for largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides)

    目的 探讨水解鸡肉粉替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈生长性能、饲料利用率以及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。
    方法 实验以含30%鱼粉的饲料为对照组,在此基础上,分别添加5.57%、11.16%和16.73%的水解鸡肉粉以替代饲料中16.7% (FM25)、33.3% (FM20) 和50% (FM15) 的鱼粉,制作4种等氮等脂的饲料。将初始体重为(15.76 ± 0.12) g的大口黑鲈随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30条鱼,分别投喂4种不同的实验饲料,养殖周期为63 d。
    结果 水解鸡肉粉替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈的存活率没有显著影响。尽管随着鱼粉替代水平的升高大口黑鲈生长性能显著降低,饲料系数显著升高,但FM15组的饲料系数为0.86,仍低于生产实践中商品饲料的饲料系数 (0.9~1.0)。脏体比随着鱼粉替代比例的升高而降低,且其在FM15组显著低于FM25和FM20组。抗氧化能力结果显示,FM25组大口黑鲈肝脏丙二醛含量显著低于其余各组。同时,FM30和FM25组大口黑鲈总抗氧化能力显著高于另外2组。
    结论 尽管水解鸡肉粉的添加会导致大口黑鲈的生长性能的下降,但其饲料系数仍明显高于商品饲料。同时,适量的水解鸡肉粉 (5.57%) 替代鱼粉(16.7%)可以有效地提高大口黑鲈抗氧化能力。

     

    Abstract: Four isonitrogenous and isolipid diets were formed by adding 5.57%, 11.16% and 16.73% hydrolysed chicken powder to replace 16.7% (FM25), 33.3% (FM20) and 50% (FM15) fish meal, with 30% fish meal as the control group to investigate the effects of replacing fish meal with hydrolyzed chicken powder on the growth performance, feed efficiency and liver antioxidant capacity of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Largemouth bass with an initial body weight of (15.76 ± 0.12) g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group at a density of 30 individuals per replicate. Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate tanks, and the feeding trial lasted for 63 days. The results showed that the replacement of fish meal with hydrolysed chicken powder had no significant effect on the survival rate of largemouth bass. The growth performance of largemouth bass was significantly decreased, and the feed conversion ratio was significantly increased. As the fish meal replacement level inceased, the feed conversion ratio of FM15 group was 0.86, which remained lower than that of commercial feed in production practice (0.9-1.0). The viscerosomatic index of largemouth bass in FM15 group was significantly lower than that in FM25 and FM20 groups. The results of antioxidant capacity showed that the liver malondialdehyde content of largemouth bass in FM25 group was significantly lower than those in the other groups. Meanwhile, the total antioxidant capacity of largemouth bass in FM30 and FM25 groups were significantly higher than that in the other two groups. In conclusion, dietary hydrolysed chicken powder can improve the antioxidant capacity of largemouth bass. Although the addition of hydrolysed chicken powder can decrease the growth performance of largemouth bass, the feed conversion ratio of largemouth bass is still significantly higher than that of commercial feed. Meanwhile, the fish meal replacement with appropriate hydrolysed chicken powder (5.57%) can effectively improve the antioxidant status of largemouth bass. This indicates that hydrolysed chicken powder has a wide application prospect in the low fish meal diet of largemouth bass.
