中华绒螯蟹血淋巴中20-羟基蜕皮酮、17β-雌二醇和睾酮含量的变动

CHANGES OF HEMOLYMPH 20-HYDROXYECDYSDNE 17β-OESTRADIL AND TESTOSTERONE LEVELSIN ERIOCHEIR SINENSIS

  • 摘要: 河蟹在蜕壳前,血淋巴中 20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-HE)含量达到最高峰——116.16±32.96ng/ml;蜕壳时降入低谷——7.09±1.39ng/ml;蜕壳后仍然很低。血淋巴中20-HE 调控着河蟹的蜕壳周期。雌性河蟹卵母细胞进入大生长期,9月份血淋巴中 17β-雌二醇(17β-E2)出现峰值——3.62±1.11ng/ml,促进了卵母细胞的卵黄积累。雄性河蟹10月份血淋巴中睾酮(T)含量开始上升,至12月份达到 2.15±0.28ng/ml,诱导精巢发育成熟。雌性河蟹血淋巴中 20-HE 含量在5月和8月各出现一个峰值,分别为 13.15±6.99和 15.80±7.40ng/ml;雄性河蟹则在6月和9月各出现一个峰值,分别为 20.25±13.58和 14.00±9.48ng/ml。雌、雄河蟹同在2月份为全年最低值,分别为3.75±3.38 和3.68±1.78ng/ml。实验结果阐明了雌、雄河蟹 5、6月份血淋巴中 20-HE 出现的峰值与生长有关;8、9 月份出现的峰值与青春蜕壳、早期性腺发育相联系。

     

    Abstract: Hemalymph 24-hydrogyecdysona (2p-HE),I7,B-oestradiol(ir)aad testostexona (T) level cluges in rorhear sznen.sas were measuredby radioimmttnoassay (RIA). 1---2 days before molt stage, the hennolymph0-AE reached to peak level of 1151832.9fing/ml,the lowest level of 7. 9 t1.39ng/ml was found. at the malt stage= 1-2 daps after molt, the 20-HE levelwas still lower. n female crab, the peak level of hemolymph 1T3-E showed inSeptember and reached to 215 a- d. 28ng/ml in Decembers (3.62 - 1.11 xgml )with the vitelline accumulation时oacyte,afterwards 1TE,, levels werelaw erIn male crab, hemolymph T level began toraise in etober and reached. to2.15 - 0.28ngJml in December, it induced the development and maturation oftestes. During an annual ayele, the hemolymph 20-HE in female peaked in Mayand August (13.6.99ng/ml and 15.84r.og/the hemolynph 20-HEin male peaked in June and September(20.25 1 13.5ng Jml and I4.44 r 9.ABngJm1),The lowest level of hemolymph20-HE of both female and male were in Ia'ebrua,ry(3.T5-3.38ng Jml and 3.68 t 1.78ng/ml)These results indicated that peak levelsof hemolymph 2D--HE in May (female) and June (msI.) were related to growth,peak levels in August (female) and September (male) were related. to reproductivemolt and early gonad development
